We’re looking for an experienced CRM Supervisor to own and optimize lifecycle marketing across multiple CRM channels. This role goes beyond messaging — it’s about driving behavior change, improving engagement, retention, and repeat usage through data-driven, personalized journeys.
Key Responsibilities:Execute CRM campaigns across app, email, SMS, and push notifications Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation) Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, churn, reactivation, frequency) Maintain CRM calendars and operational excellence Support testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization
Requirements:6+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with Braze is a must Experience in app-based or subscription businesses is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field CRM certifications (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) are a plus
