We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Communications Supervisor to support and execute day-to-day communications activities and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and activations.
This role is the operational backbone of the communications function and succeeds through discipline, coordination, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute campaign activities across digital, social, OOH, and on-ground channels- Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders- Ensure all materials meet brand and quality standards- Track progress, flag risks early, and support smooth execution- Support reporting and post-campaign reviews- Independently manage smaller initiatives
Requirements:-6+ years of experience in communications, marketing coordination, or agency account management- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field- Background in agency environments is a plus- Digital marketing fundamentals are an advantage
