On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Architectural Design Engineer who will be responsible for developing and detailing approved architectural designs issued by the Architect. The role focuses on producing detailed and execution drawings using Revit and Auto CAD, including internal layouts for pre-approved projects, material selections, and coordination with other engineering disciplines while maintaining the approved design intent.
Responsibilities: Prepare internal layout drawings for approved projects. Develop and detail approved architectural designs issued by the Architect Produce detailed and execution drawings using Revit and Auto CADPrepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP) and proposed lighting layouts Prepare material and color palettes, and mood boards as per approved designs Maintain the approved design intent throughout all project stages Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams and resolve design comments Update and revise drawings based on project and management requirements Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timeline
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory) A graduate of the College of Architecture and Design only A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. Strong practical experience in Revit and Auto CAD (mandatory) Experience in preparing internal layouts and material selections Ability to prepare presentation boards using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign or equivalent Portfolio submission is mandatory.
