Position: CRM & Partnership Senior Officer Location: KSAType: Full-time The role is to lead ABYAT’s CRM strategy, loyalty ecosystem, and strategic partnership programs, with a strong focus on banking collaborations, co-branded offers, customer value creation, and data-driven engagement. The role will drive customer retention, frequency, and lifetime value through impactful partnerships and loyalty initiatives aligned with ABYAT’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: CRM & Loyalty Strategy Develop and own ABYAT’s end-to-end CRM strategy, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and engagement models. Design, launch, and continuously optimize loyalty programs (points, tiers, benefits, rewards). Drive personalized customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints. Strategic Partnerships Lead banking collaborations (credit/debit card offers, installment programs, cashback, exclusive campaigns). Negotiate and manage commercial partnership agreements with banks, fintechs, telecoms, and ecosystem partners. Identify new revenue-generating and value-enhancing partnerships aligned with ABYAT’s customer base. Own partner performance, ROI tracking, and renewal strategies. Commercial Deals & Programs Structure and close CRM-led commercial deals that increase customer acquisition and spend. Collaborate with Finance and Legal on pricing models, cost-sharing, and commercial terms. Ensure partnerships are scalable, compliant, and brand-aligned.
Customer Insights & Analytics Leverage customer data to drive insights, targeting, and campaign effectiveness. Define KPIs such as: Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Retention & repeat rate, Loyalty penetration, Campaign ROITranslate analytics into actionable CRM initiatives. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, IT, Finance, and Operations. Align CRM initiatives with brand, promotions, and omnichannel strategy. Act as the internal CRM authority and advisor to senior leadership.
Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, partnerships, or commercial programs Strong exposure to banking collaborations, loyalty ecosystems, or large consumer programs Proven experience closing and managing high-impact strategic partnerships Experience in retail, lifestyle, telecom, banking, or large consumer-facing organizations preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field MBA or advanced certifications in CRM / Digital / Data Analytics is a plus
