Architectural & Engineering Design
Construction Supervision
Architect of Record (AoR) Services
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Lead proposal strategies, capability presentations, and client outreach initiatives.
Strengthen MDK’s brand presence across KSA’s giga/mega project ecosystem.
Coordinate with senior management to align business goals with market trends.
Prepare market intelligence reports, competitor analysis, and growth forecasts.
Support digital marketing, corporate communication, and promotional campaigns. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in business planning, marketing, or strategic development within engineering or construction consultancy.
Strong understanding of KSA’s regulatory environment, authorities, and project ecosystem.
Proven track record in developing business plans, marketing strategies, and client acquisition frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal‑writing skills.
