Cybersecurity Sales Manager (KSA-N) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end sales for cybersecurity solutions including (but not limited to) SOC, SIEM, VAPT, IAM, GRC, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Managed Security Services. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the Saudi market. Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner engagement. Manage relationships with enterprise, government, and semi-government entities across KSA. Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions. Lead customer presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures. Maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors, OEMs, and strategic partners. Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging cybersecurity threats to refine sales strategies. Ensure alignment with local compliance standards such as NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, NIST, and related frameworks. Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience5–10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with strong focus on cybersecurity solutions. Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise cybersecurity deals in Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including consulting and managed services. Experience selling to government, BFSI, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise clients in KSA. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
