Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven expertise in driving bookings, brand growth, and customer acquisition through integrated digital and offline marketing channels. This role will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function, optimizing performance marketing, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting revenue growth in line with the company’s expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies Own the annual marketing budget, forecasting, ROI tracking, and performance reporting
Performance & Growth Marketing Drive bookings, conversions, and retention through paid media (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, programmatic) Optimize CRM, retargeting, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing initiatives Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously optimize campaigns Brand & Communications Strengthen brand presence across digital, social, PR, influencer, and offline channels Lead content strategy, storytelling, and campaign development for seasonal and thematic initiatives Oversee influencer marketing, partnerships, and co-branding initiatives
Product & Market Expansion Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to align go-to-market strategies Support the launch of new properties, cities, services, and features Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide decision-making
Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, or proptech preferred) Proven experience in performance marketing and demand generation Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer behavior Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills Experience in proptech, OTA platforms, or marketplace businesses Strong knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Arabic & English proficiency required
