???? المسؤوليات: • بناء وتنفيذ استراتيجية تسويقية شاملة. • إدارة الحملات الإعلانية على (Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Google Ads). • تحليل الأداء وتحسين النتائج (CPC, CPA, ROAS). • إدارة فريق المحتوى (مصمم، مصور، صانع محتوى). • ابتكار أفكار محتوى تناسب مجال الورد والهدايا. • إدارة التعاونات مع المؤثرين. • إعداد تقارير شهرية عن الأداء والتوصيات.
???? المؤهلات المطلوبة: • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التسويق الرقمي. • خبرة في التجارة الإلكترونية (مفضّلة). • إلمام بـ Google Analytics وAds Manager. • قدرة على اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات. • مهارات قيادة وتواصل قوية.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on: • Instagram • Tik Tok • Snapchat • Google Ads • Analyze performance and optimize results (CPC, CPA, ROAS). • Manage the content team (designer, photographer, content creator). • Generate creative content ideas tailored to the flowers and gifts industry. • Manage collaborations with influencers. • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
???? Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. • Experience in e-commerce (preferred). • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Ads Manager. • Ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
