We’re looking in Dan for an Activation & Experience Professional to support the planning, development, and activation of guest experiences across partner-operated resorts, with a strong focus on sitting areas and shared guest spaces.
Role Overview:The Activation & Experience Professional plays a key role in shaping engaging, safe, and culturally aligned guest experiences. This position collaborates closely with partners, operations, and business development teams to ensure all activations align with brand standards and enhance guest comfort, engagement, and dwell time.
Key Responsibilities Experience Planning & Development Assess resort and farm locations, landscapes, and layouts to recommend suitable activities and experiences. Develop tailored experience concepts and activity lists during design, pre-opening, and early operational phases. Translate high-level experience ideas into practical, implementable activation concepts. Research & Innovation Research local and international trends in hospitality activation, experiential concepts, and light entertainment. Benchmark experiences against comparable resorts, hotels, and lifestyle destinations. Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the subject-matter expert for farm-based activities and experiences. Support Business Development during partner meetings to guide experience-related decisions. Ensure alignment between partners, operations, and brand experience standards. Experience Assessment & Guest Flow Review shared guest spaces considering ambiance, capacity, guest flow, and environmental factors. Identify experience opportunities that enhance comfort, engagement, and operational feasibility. Standards, Safety & Cultural Alignment Ensure all proposed activities are safe, practical, culturally appropriate, and brand-compliant Support documentation of experience guidelines, requirements, and checklists for partners.
Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field Experience2–5 years of experience in hospitality, leisure, outdoor activities, or resort operations Skills Strong understanding of guest experience and activation planning. Creative, detail-oriented, and operationally minded. Proficiency in English is preferred.
