Job Title: Organizational Development Manager Reporting to: CHRO
Job Purpose The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving organizational development initiatives that enhance structural effectiveness, operational efficiency, and workforce capability. The role ensures that the organization’s structure, policies, processes, and people practices are aligned with its investment strategy and business growth plans.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage organizational development initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. Design, review, and continuously improve organizational structures, job architectures, and role clarity. Develop, update, and govern job descriptions, job grading, and role frameworks. Lead organizational restructuring and change management initiatives. Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks. Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational gaps and propose sustainable solutions. Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational capability building. Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and governance. Establish and track organizational KPIs and measure the impact of OD initiatives. Ensure alignment with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and support a high-performance organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.+12 years of experience in organizational development, with demonstrated leadership responsibility. Experience within investment companies, logistics, transportation, or oil & gas sectors is highly preferred.
