Job Overview This role is conducted within the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Insurance Authority. Reporting to the Director of Supervisory Excellence, the Specialist of Supervisory Excellence will underpin successful implementation of the Authority’s Supervisory Excellence Framework by administering core processes, maintaining data integrity and coordinating learning interventions that strengthen frontline leadership capability. The incumbent will steward accurate, audit-ready records and dashboards, enabling timely insight into supervisory performance and compliance status. By serving as the first-line contact for supervisors and synchronising efforts with Human Capital and external providers, the role enhances engagement and operational efficiency. Continuous improvement activities and rigorous governance safeguards will ensure the framework remains current, impactful and aligned with quality standards.
Responsibilities and Tasks Execute day-to-day administration of the Supervisory Excellence Framework, ensuring all tools, templates and guidelines remain current and are published on the knowledge portal. Administer annual supervisor capability-assessment surveys, coordinating invitations, reminders and data capture to achieve 100 % response within agreed timelines. Maintain an accurate roster of supervisors and certification status in the Supervisory Excellence Management System, flagging upcoming expiries to the Director for follow-up. Collect, validate and enter programme metrics, training attendance and feedback scores into the central dashboard in line with data-quality standards. Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance snapshots that allow the Director to monitor KPI progress and present visuals to senior leadership. Track corrective-action plans arising from supervisory audits, updating status logs and escalating overdue actions to responsible owners. Serve as first-line contact for supervisors seeking guidance on policy interpretation and process enquiries, escalating complex queries to senior team members where needed. Coordinate logistics, materials and participant communication for workshops, coaching clinics and e-learning launches listed on the Supervisory Excellence calendar. Liaise with HRIS, Talent and Learning teams to ensure supervisory development interventions are correctly recorded and integrated within enterprise systems. Document lessons learned after each intervention, updating the Supervisory Excellence playbook and sharing quick-win recommendations during team huddles. Monitor adherence to document-control and confidentiality protocols, ensuring records meet internal audit and ISO 9001 requirements. Support periodic benchmarking studies by gathering external best-practice articles and compiling comparative matrices for the Director’s review. Perform other job duties as assigned.

Job requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Insurance, or a related field.
Certifications (required) Relevant Professional Certificate is preferred Experience A bachelor’s degree is required.
