Job Purpose The Sr. Support Coordinator supports management with daily operations and administration, drives staff engagement and development, and helps optimize sales while ensuring excellent customer experience..
Job Responsibilities• Provide administrative and operational support to retail management and store staff.• Maintain, organize, and update accurate records, reports, and documentation related to retail operations.• Assist in implementing retail strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance store performance.• Act as a communication link between management and retail teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear instructions.• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores.• Track inventory, promotional materials, and other operational resources to ensure readiness and availability.• Prepare regular reports on staff performance, operational efficiency, and store activities for management.• Assist in special projects, events, or campaigns related to retail operations.• Contribute to initiatives that improve staff engagement and ensure high-quality customer experience.• Supporting ongoing and upcoming projects to help the retail department achieve sales targets.• Handling the process of closing & opening showrooms, covering all tasks and points related to this process until the workflow is completed.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
Experience Minimum four two of experience in retail operations or support role.
Language Fluency in Arabic and English.
Skills• Experience in related field.• Excellent/Very Good verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.• Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.).
