Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Customer Service Staff position. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining professional phone etiquette, documenting customer feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience. Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant CRM software and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a similar role being a plus.
