Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Representative located in Riyadh. The Delivery Representative will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes. Additional duties may include addressing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and ensuring procurement tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Experience in Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of stock Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement to oversee efficient delivery and resource allocation Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience in logistics or delivery is an advantage Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
