Role Description This full-time on-site Sales Associate (Medical Telesales) role is based in Riyadh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, presenting healthcare solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting telesales activities, providing exceptional customer service, explaining medical and healthcare products, and maintaining customer relationships to drive long-term business success. Collaboration with the sales and medical teams to ensure tailored solutions and support for clients will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications Experience in Medical Sales and understanding of healthcare products and services Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle client queries with ease Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and foster relationships Knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to effectively communicate product details and benefits Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare, business, or sales is an advantage Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
