Job Title: Projects Manager – Real Estate Job Description:A leading real estate company is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and manage real estate development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field). Proven experience in managing real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction practices. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and oversee real estate projects from design to handover. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and risks. Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and local regulations.
