Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role based in Riyadh. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service staff, maintaining quality control, optimizing operational performance, resolving customer concerns, and implementing strategies to meet service goals. The role involves regular coordination with other departments and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Service Management, Operations Management, and Automotive Workshop Management Team leadership and staff training, with excellent organizational and management skills Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal communication abilities Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency in relevant software tools and an understanding of automotive technologies Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with reputable automotive brands is a significant advantage Fluency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial
