Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to building a sustainable and world-class entertainment destination, and we are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the MBS Stadium project. This vital role will oversee all HSE initiatives and ensure that our projects adhere to the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance, protecting our workforce, the community, and the environment around us.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards specific to the MBS Stadium project Ensure compliance with all local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project's lifecycle Lead HSE audits, inspections, and assessments, and take corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks Provide expert guidance and support to project teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees and subcontractors on HSE best practices and compliance requirements Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for senior management, outlining progress and areas for improvement Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop risk assessments and safe work plans for high-risk activities Participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and developing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance through innovative initiatives and employee engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position on large-scale construction projects Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, both locally and internationally Strong experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems and processes Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective actions Certification in HSE-related fields (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus
