Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bellman position located in Riyadh. The Bellman will assist guests with carrying luggage, providing directions, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area. The Bellman will also assist with providing information about hotel facilities and services to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs Prior experience with Receptionist Duties and assisting with luggage management is preferred Ability and willingness to undergo and retain relevant on-the-job Training A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Good physical fitness to handle luggage and related tasks Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
