Role Overview Powertek Global is seeking a high-caliber Strategic Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of management consulting, data science, and executive communication. You will be responsible for transforming complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and high-impact presentations that drive board-level decisions. The ideal candidate is a "power user" of Excel and Power Point, possessing the analytical rigor of a consultant and the technical precision of a data analyst. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Modeling: * Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models in Excel to track project performance, KPIs, and resource allocation. Clean, structure, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Management Consulting & Strategy:Conduct internal process audits and provide data-backed recommendations for operational excellence. Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks. Executive Presentations:Design and produce high-end, "client-ready" Power Point presentations for executive management and stakeholders. Synthesize technical data into compelling visual stories and executive summaries. Reporting & Automation:Automate recurring reports using Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA) or BI tools to increase departmental efficiency. Candidate Requirements Nationality: Must be a Saudi National (in compliance with Saudization initiatives). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus. Technical Expertise:Excel: Expert level (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macro/VBA, Sensitivity Analysis). Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power Point is mandatory; experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred. Data Literacy: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate the "so what?" to non-technical leaders. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a senior data analyst role—ideally within the Construction or General Contracting industry.
