???? Job Title: Technical Support Engineer ???? Location: Riyadh, KSA (Onsite) We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide reliable Level 1 IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, and escalate unresolved incidents when required. Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, IP phones, monitors, and other IT peripherals. Ensure proper cable management and readiness of meeting room IT equipment and TV displays. Manage IT assets and inventory, including tracking, labeling, documentation, and storeroom organization. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices and collecting IT assets. Log and document all incidents, service requests, and asset changes, and assist with periodic reporting. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Windows, mac OS, i OS, and Microsoft 365. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones). Strong organizational skills with experience in IT asset management. Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
