We are now recruiting exceptional Personal Trainers to join our launch team in Riyadh.
Key Attributes & Skills
Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (or international equivalent).3+ years’ industry experience in luxury or high-performance environments. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. Passion for delivering tailored, client-focused training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness. Strong organisational and administrative ability. Consistently professional, reliable, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver bespoke personal training in line with business and performance standards. Provide client service reflecting The Collective’s standards of excellence. Build strong, trusted professional relationships with clients. Maintain accurate training records and client programs. Contribute to the successful launch and long-term growth of The Collective Riyadh. Engage in regular education, mentorship, and professional development.
Service Excellence
Uphold service standards on par with luxury hospitality environments. Anticipate client needs and provide a seamless, professional experience. Collaborate with colleagues across training, recovery, and concierge services. Maintain confidentiality and respect for cultural expectations at all times.
Education & Development
