Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Facility Project Manager to oversee and manage facility projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet budget requirements, are completed on time, and comply with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial limits. Quality Control: Establish quality standards and ensure that all work meets regulatory and safety guidelines. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Health facility project management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
