???? Role Overview The Data Scientist / AI Engineer will develop AI-based analytics and predictive models to enhance sustainability intelligence and ESG performance tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with a good understanding of environmental and climate data.
???? Required Background* Proficiency in Python* Strong applied ML skills, including feature engineering, model training/validation* ESG domain knowledge is a plus

???? Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.* 4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development.* Proficiency in Python, Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn, and frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch.* Familiarity with ESG data types (energy use, emissions factors, KPIs, etc.) preferred.

Key Responsibilities* Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for sustainability metrics and carbon footprint forecasting.* Develop and apply mathematical logic, algorithms, and statistical methods to interpret complex environmental data.* Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and generalization.* Automate model pipelines for forecasting and ESG performance analytics.* Collaborate with sustainability experts to translate environmental indicators into measurable AI outputs.* Evaluate model performance through advanced metrics and iterative refinement.* Visualize and communicate analytical insights using clear and compelling dashboards or reports.* Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and data science frameworks relevant to ESG.
