We are seeking an HR Consultant to translate Human Capital (HC) strategic priorities into actionable programs, robust governance, and data-driven insights. The role spans strategy execution, governance design, analytics/dashboarding, workforce planning, and OD advisory, working cross-functionally with HC, Finance, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution & PMO Support Translate HC strategic priorities into implementation plans with measurable KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigations. Establish initiative-level reporting dashboards (progress, benefits realization, risk indicators). Prepare executive-level updates (Board/NRC/Leadership packs), ensuring concise narrative, metrics, and decisions required. Conduct targeted benchmarking and environmental scans to inform HC priorities. Drive cross-functional coordination to unblock delivery barriers and ensure outcomes.
HC Governance, Policies & Assurance
Design HC governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory standards. Support delegation of authority (DoA), approval workflows, and compliance protocols. Develop governance review templates (periodic checks, maturity assessments, issue logs). Advise on governance practices to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise governance.
People Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain HC analytics dashboards for workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, engagement, DEI, learning). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership; quantify impact and cost-benefit. Develop integrated reporting templates for operational and strategic HC metrics. Ensure data integrity and consistency across HC systems (HRIS) and visualization tools.
Workforce Planning & Scenario Modelling
Design and maintain workforce planning models (supply/demand, skills, capacity). Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling (e.g., hiring ramps, productivity, cost-to-serve). Advise on optimal workforce mix (perm/contract/outsource; in-house vs. shared services). Partner with Finance and HC leaders to align plans to budget cycles and cost targets.
OD Advisory
Offer advisory support for Organization Development (OD) initiatives: structure, spans & layers, role clarity, capability frameworks, and change readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.4–7 years in HR consulting or an HC transformation role within large organizations. Prior experience (or client projects) with HR consultancies is strongly preferred. Demonstrable experience in HC governance, people analytics, workforce planning, and strategy execution. Strong grasp of HR operating models, policies, and regulatory contexts in the GCC/UAE.
Technical Skills (must-have) HRIS/HC data: SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday (any two desirable). Analytics & BI: Power BI (preferred), Tableau; advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot) for modelling. PMO toolset: MS Project, Planner, or equivalent; Share Point for governance repositories. Documentation: Strong Power Point for exec packs; Word for policy drafting; Visio/Miro for process maps. Statistical familiarity (correlations, regression basics, significance testing) for workforce insights.
