We are looking for a Software Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
üîπ Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design, infrastructure) to ensure project alignment. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to scope and expectations. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigation plans. Organize and lead meetings: kick-off, stand-ups, review sessions, and steering meetings. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and management. Ensure project quality standards and best practices are followed. Support procurement, vendor coordination, and follow-up on deliverables when needed.
🔹 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software project or product management. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
