We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to oversee the timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services in alignment with company standards. The role requires strong supplier management, negotiation, and analytical skills to ensure quality and efficiency across all procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations-Prepare and evaluate technical specifications, bid documents, and supplier quotations-Identify and develop new supplier relationships while maintaining existing partnerships-Monitor market trends and recommend cost-effective purchasing strategies Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by expediting purchase orders
Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline-Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry within KSA-Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, documentation, and compliance standards-Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation systems
