Job Role: Observability Architect Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite) Experience Required: 10+ years Arabic proficiency required (direct client communication)
We’re looking for an experienced Observability Architect to join our team and drive full-stack observability, unified telemetry, and AIOps transformation across a large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you’ll architect a holistic observability ecosystem; enabling real-time visibility, predictive insights, automation workflows, and service intelligence across hybrid infrastructure.
Responsibilities:Designing end-to-end observability architecture (logs, metrics, traces, RUM, synthetics) Deploying and integrating key platforms: 1. Dynatrace (full-stack monitoring + AIOps) 2. Splunk (infra monitoring + log analytics) 3. BMC TSOM / Main View 4. Solar Winds (NPM, SAM) 5. Grafana / Prometheus Implementing data correlation, event noise reduction, and Service Now integration Enabling predictive alerting, RCA automation, and intelligent incident management Creating dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, and KPI frameworks that matter to the business
Mandatory Experience & Skills:10+ years in observability, enterprise monitoring, AIOps, or performance engineering Proven experience leading enterprise-scale observability transformation Strong knowledge of Open Telemetry, automation, and data enrichment strategies ITIL background and certification in Dynatrace / Splunk / BMC (mandatory)
