Full-Time | Immediate Start Science Oasis International Schools is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead and strengthen our academic and operational quality systems whole school divisions. Role Purpose The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures that all school operational processes meet the highest standards in line with external and internal school frameworks. The role leads internal audits, monitors KPIs, supports accreditation evidence collection, and ensures consistency and accountability across all departments.
Key Responsibilities Lead and implement the school’s full QA cycle, including internal audits for academic and administrative compliance. Monitor school-wide KPIs and quality indicators, providing timely reports and data insights to senior leadership. Oversee policy and SOP compliance, ensuring all departments follow established procedures and documentation requirements. Maintain and organize all evidence for accreditation, including artefacts, dashboards, and survey analysis. Track teacher performance, professional development evidence, and PD file completion. Support academic heads in maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, assessment, and digital documentation. Provide quality reports, identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through to ensure full implementation. Support strategic initiatives related to school improvement, accreditation, and curriculum enhancement
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in education or quality assurance, or a related field. Previous experience in school quality assurance, inspection, accreditation. Strong understanding of international accreditation standards Proven ability to conduct formal audits. Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. Strong command of digital tools.
