Position Overview The Customer Success Specialist will support the outreach and onboarding of suppliers participating in Manafa’s Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs. This role involves communicating with suppliers, guiding them through registration and KYC steps, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The position is ideal for motivated individuals with good communication skills and a customer-service mindset who enjoy helping others and ensuring tasks get done efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Contact suppliers via email, phone, and Whats App to assist them through the registration and KYC process. Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to suppliers on how to complete onboarding requirements. Follow up with suppliers who have not yet completed their registration or KYC. Update and track supplier statuses using Excel sheets or CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Compliance) when supplier issues arise. Schedule meetings between suppliers and BD or Compliance teams when needed. Ensure that supplier interactions are logged and organized for tracking and reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets or CRMs. Ability to handle a high volume of supplier interactions professionally and patiently. Positive, service-oriented attitude with a desire to help and guide others. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage follow-ups and multiple tasks.
Skills Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or onboarding/support roles. Confidence in phone communication and persuading suppliers to complete actions.
