Job Title:*Human Resources & Administration Director*Company Overview:*A leading Saudi contracting company specialized in large-scale infrastructure projects (water, sewage, desalination, lifting stations, and related construction works) is seeking to appoint an experienced *Human Resources & Administration Director* to lead and develop the HR & Admin function across all company branches and projects inside the Kingdom.### Key Requirements
* University degree in *Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any related field*.* *Minimum 20 years of total experience* in HR / Administration.* *The last 5 years must be in Saudi Arabia* in the *contracting / construction sector*.* Previous experience in a *large company* (preferably a major contracting group with multiple projects / branches).* Proven ability to *manage and supervise all HR & Admin sections*, including:
* Recruitment & Manpower Planning * Personnel & Employee Relations * Payroll & Compensation * Performance Management * Training & Development * Government Relations / PRO * Housing, Transportation, and General Services (where applicable)* Strong knowledge of *Saudi Labor Law* and related regulations, as well as government portals and systems (e.g. Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, etc.).* Experience in building and updating *HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and grading systems*.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage HR teams across *different branches and regions* and ensure unified application of policies.* Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.* Fluency in *English* is required; *Arabic* is a strong advantage.### Main Responsibilities* Lead and manage the *HR & Administration function* at company level, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and business needs.* Develop and implement *HR strategies, policies, and procedures* for all branches and projects.* Oversee *manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding* to ensure timely provision of qualified staff for projects and head office.* Supervise *personnel affairs*, including contracts, vacations, attendance, disciplinary actions, and end-of-service procedures.* Ensure accurate and timely *payroll processing*, allowances, and benefits in coordination with Finance.* Design, implement, and monitor *performance management systems* and link them to rewards and career development.* Ensure full *compliance with Saudi Labor Law* and all relevant government requirements and platforms.* Manage relationships with government entities and external service providers related to HR & Administration.* Lead and develop HR & Admin teams in different locations, ensuring unified standards and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.* Prepare *regular HR reports* for top management (headcount, Saudization, turnover, recruitment status, HR costs, etc.).### Benefits* Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and role.* Executive position in a leading contracting company with major projects in Saudi Arabia.* Opportunity to lead and shape the HR & Administration function at a group level.### How to Apply
