As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to sales operations, customer engagement, and commercial processes, allowing you to develop core sales skills and contribute to real business activities within a dynamic regional environment.

Sales Operations & Lead Management

Assist the sales team in managing and updating accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Prepare sales dashboards, weekly activity reports, and performance summaries to support decision-making. Coordinate with the sales team in KSA to follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and pending actions.

Customer Engagement & Communication

Support customer engagement activities, including outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication channels. Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations, product briefs, and follow-up summaries. Ensure professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers to enhance overall client experience.

Sales Enablement & Documentation

Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents under the guidance of the sales team. Maintain a structured repository of sales documentation, price lists, product sheets, and customer records. Support the alignment of sales materials with the broader sales strategy.

Internal Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and relevant business teams to support aligned commercial activities. Coordinate meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action items with teams across KSA. Provide day-to-day support to the sales team on administrative tasks, schedule management, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications

Saudi National (mandatory as per local regulations). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-country environment. High level of attention to detail and a professional work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting regional teams and cross-border activities.
