Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow the company's market presence, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, analyzing business trends, and formulating strategic plans to achieve revenue goals. The role will also involve negotiating contracts, creating proposals, and collaborating across teams to align business development strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Strategic thinking, market research, and business analysis skills Knowledge and experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and other related business development software Ability to operate effectively in an on-site workplace environment Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
