Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Business Development Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing client relationships, and supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies. The Specialist will also contribute to CRM setup, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a customer-centric approach in building partnerships and securing leads.
Qualifications Strong skills in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends and support informed decision-making. Excellent Communication abilities to foster relationships and effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Experience with Lead Generation to identify and secure effective opportunities for business growth. Customer Service expertise to ensure positive and professional interactions with clients and partners. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales strategies is a plus. Familiarity with the Saudi market and B2B sales is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
