Job Role :Managing projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with defined objectives. This involves coordinating people, processes, and resources to maintain efficiency and quality, using tools like Microsoft Project for planning and Power BI for monitoring. Responsibilities include providing regular updates, ensuring clear communication for alignment and transparency, and proactively identifying and managing risks to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Define and arrange project objectives, scope, and key deliverables to ensure clear alignment with business goals and organizational priorities. Administer and operate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within planned timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. Assess and determine resource requirements, and arrange internal and external resource allocation to support efficient project execution. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, and schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities to enable seamless project delivery. Perform project execution activities and ensure workstreams operate in line with approved plans, timelines, and objectives. Monitor project progress regularly and deliver timely updates to teams, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain transparency and facilitate proactive issue resolution. Manage and respond to changes in project scope, schedule, and budget to keep projects aligned with business needs. Identify, assess, and implement risk-mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle to preserve delivery timelines and quality. Facilitate strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support effective communication and collaboration. Gather requirements from stakeholders, deliver project updates, and respond promptly to concerns, changes, or escalation needs. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) across all project activities, especially cybersecurity initiatives. Compile and track project budgets and expenditures to ensure proper financial control and efficient resource utilization. Oversee and implement cybersecurity technologies and solutions, ensuring they meet required security standards and integrate effectively into existing systems. Conduct project risk assessments and maintain a comprehensive risk register, adjusting strategies as needed to mitigate risks. Prepare, file, and preserve project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and respond to delays or issues by proposing and coordinating corrective actions with senior management. Facilitate post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and evaluate their contribution to organizational and cybersecurity objectives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Good knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the relevant field.
