Senior Officer – L&D & Employee Engagement (SAUDI only)

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer – Learning & Development & Employee Engagement to support the design, implementation, and execution of training programs and engagement initiatives across ESOM. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving workplace culture, and strengthening employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:Identify training needs and support in designing learning programs and content. Facilitate and coordinate training sessions, onboarding, and IDP follow-up. Manage training logistics, documentation, and evaluation processes. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and recognition programs. Launch and analyze engagement and culture surveys; submit reports and recommendations. Support HR initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment. Act as an advocate for employees’ concerns and feedback. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years Learning and Development, employee engagement, culture development, or related HR roles (preferably in a blue-collar environment).
Certifications: Essential: Train-the-Trainer (TOT) Preferable: CIPD Level 5, TOT Advanced
