Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential strategic clients. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Assist in the development of customized logistics solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Work closely with the Business Development team to create tailored proposals and presentations. Support contract negotiations and renewals to optimize revenue and long-term partnerships. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in Business Development within the transportation & logistics sector. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and develop strategic business plans. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
