Job Title: Business Analyst Roles & Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, detailed documentation. Use analysis tools such as BPMN to design and optimize business processes. Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Monitor performance indicators and analyze results to ensure business objectives are met. Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and process management. Proficiency in analysis tools such as BPMN and other modeling techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
