Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the department schedules and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to production and maintenance activities.
Maintain records of equipment maintenance, production schedules, and compliance documents.
Coordinate communication between departments and the director.
Production Coordination:
Assist in planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Gather and analyze data related to production performance and prepare summaries for the director.
Communicate updates and challenges in production activities to relevant stakeholders.
Maintenance Oversight:
Track equipment maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
Liaise with the maintenance team to address urgent repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and assist in procurement as needed.
Reporting and KPI Monitoring:
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and maintenance.
Generate regular reports on production efficiency, downtime, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.
Collaborate with teams to set measurable goals and track progress against targets.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in production or maintenance processes and propose solutions.
Collaborate with teams to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all production and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in organizing safety training sessions and maintaining relevant records.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a production, maintenance, or operational support role.
Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and KPI tracking software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
