Lead the efforts to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive policy and process development and improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
2. Continuously review and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improve operational effectiveness.
3. Track and monitor the performance of optimized processes, making adjustments to ensure expected results are achieved.
4. Implement strategies to reduce inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and improve resource utilization across departments.
5. Work closely with departments to align process improvements with strategic objectives and integrate them into daily operations.
6. Provide training on process improvement methodologies to equip teams with the skills needed for continuous improvement.
7. Analyze performance data, provide insights, and make recommendations to senior leadership for ongoing improvement.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
❑ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. required; Masters preferred.
❑ 6 years or more of experience in a similar position.
❑ Experience in organizational excellence, business process improvement
❑ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, (CMQ/OE), or equivalent.

❑ Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.

❑ Expertise in process mapping and improvement tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lean Six Sigma tools).
