Objective of the Job
Executing tasks and activities related to the development and updating of policies, procedures, and standards for digital identity and trust, through studying digital identity and trust services, conducting studies on best practices related to digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards, launching approved policies, procedures, and standards, notifying relevant stakeholders, maintaining communication with them to ensure compliance, and evaluating their impact to guide appropriate actions.
Technical and Specialized Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of digital identity and trust services using appropriate tools and methods to guide the formulation of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to digital identity and trust.
- Perform benchmarking studies on best practices for digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards by analyzing available documents and sources and utilizing suitable techniques to help identify areas for improvement in current policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on the findings of research and benchmarking studies related to digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards, and provide appropriate recommendations for their development, improvement, and updating.
- Develop and update digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards through active participation in sessions, workshops, and related meetings, and provide proposals to ensure the improvement of policies and procedures to meet needs, standardize the provision of digital identity and trust services across all service providers, and ensure a seamless user experience (User Experience).
- Launch updated digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards, and participate in notifying relevant stakeholders in accordance with the related policies and procedures.
- Identify the tools necessary to evaluate and analyze the impact of amendments and improvements on digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards, and discuss them with the direct manager to adopt them in related evaluation processes.
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of amendments and improvements on digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards through detailed studies and continuous monitoring using approved tools, and document the related results to take appropriate actions accordingly.
- Follow up communication with internal stakeholders and relevant external entities using appropriate communication methods to ensure accurate understanding of the amendments and improvements to digital identity and trust policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the work field as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
