Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable terms
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies
- Support project teams in understanding and implementing commercial strategies
- Conduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and financial performance
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management within the construction or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management
- Excellent analytical abilities and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
