Customer Service Representative

Summary:

  • Customer service in a way that befits Tamkeen.
  • Provide the customer with offers and their duration.
  • Raise a complaint or request customers according to the correct classification.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

1- Receiving customer calls.

2- Uploading tickets (complaint - request - report .. etc.) to the system if necessary.

3- Recording the customer's data during the call.

4- Answering all customer inquiries and full knowledge regarding any inquiry or complaint.

5- Providing customers with prices and packages for the individual sector and the hour.

6- Transfer the call to the marketing department in case the customer wishes to create a contract for the hourly sector.

7- Supporting the customers of the hour sector on their requests such as postponing a visit, installing a worker, warning a worker, etc.

8. Evaluate solutions and suggestions for addressing recurring problems.

9- Request to add ticket classifications in the event that a specific classification is not present in the system.


Qualifications, experience, skills and abilities:

  • Related Bachelor/Diploma.
  • Good English.
  • Ability to withstand working pressure.
  • Ability to serve the customer as required.
  • Raising applications according to the correct classification.
  • Inform the customer of the correct information and verify it.
  • Collaborate with co-workers.
  • Accept directions.
