Job Purpose:
The Stakeholder Management Manager will lead and coordinate all stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role involves developing strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, managing communication, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and government or regulatory bodies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Objectives:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support KSIA objectives, ensuring stakeholders and informed, engaged.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Facilitate clear, consistent, and transparent communication between stakeholders and KSIA.
- Design and implement processes for managing stakeholder expectations and enhancing trust and credibility.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and focus groups with stakeholders to gather insights, validate plans, and address concerns.
Project Support and Reporting:
- Support project planning and execution by gathering input and feedback from stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to stakeholder interactions, decisions, and project impacts.
- Prepare regular reports on stakeholder engagement activities, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to stakeholder satisfaction and alignment.
- Proactively address conflicts or concerns, ensuring resolutions that align with the organization’s goals and values.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance stakeholder engagement strategies to meet changing organizational needs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in stakeholder management, recommending improvements as needed.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Total of 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, project management or a related role.
