Executive Assistant

Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and minutes.

Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.

Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects and reports.

Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Support the executive team with special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
