Role Purpose
Neom Health and Well-being is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Hospital Operations to oversee the efficient operation of Neom Hospital. The ideal candidate will be a medical doctor (MD) with a strong background in health management, possessing at least 10 years of clinical practice and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical administration. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, managing contracts, reviewing budgets, and coordinating across various departments within the organization.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the operations of Neom Hospital to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the goals of Neom Health and Well-being, focusing on enhancing patient experience, improving operational processes, and achieving financial sustainability.
- Budget Management: Review and manage operational budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost control, and financial planning to meet organizational objectives.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, management, and renewals with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders, ensuring that all agreements are in the best interest of Neom Health and Well-being.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, continuously improving patient safety and care outcomes.
- Private Sector Collaboration: Leverage experience in the private healthcare sector to drive innovation, enhance service delivery, and implement best practices in hospital management
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Strong background in health management, with a proven track record of overseeing hospital operations.

Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical administration or hospital management.
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
