Position: Store Associate
Overview
This position is responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving customer service, product knowledge and all shopping environmental involvements
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Housekeeping
- To keep & maintain the section clean & neat
- To remove dusts & other dirt’s from display area.
- To take care of basic requirements like steaming, size cubing of garments.
- To ensure that shop fittings are maintained properly.
- Inventory
- To check the stock on a daily basis to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
- To keep the featured merchandise prominently displayed.
- To keep the store image by adhering the guidelines as outlined by store manager/visual merchandising manager.
- Product Knowledge
- To give accurate information about all products.
- To educate himself / herself about the culture and the history of Splash .
- Customer Service
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the stores.
- Direct customer throughout the store or specific areas.
- Satisfy the customer’s needs, requests & queries.
- Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store.
- Understand the return policy
- Maintain a positive & cheerful attitude and cooperate with colleagues.
- Apply all customer service standards as advised during training.
- Perform a role of a cashier based on business requirement.
- Operations
- To report to work on time or to notify in advance if absent or late.
- To be aware how to operate the cash tills.
- To understand how to use and utilize the reports.
- To use the correct procedures & basics in ordering, transferring of goods.
- To practice proactive in safety consciousness at all times.
- To practice security measures that help prevent theft.
- Understand the policy of the lost & found procedures.
