Role Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Objective of this role
- Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to the targeted customers.
2- Responsibilities
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned area, channel and accounts.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiating with customers to secure deals at attractive and profitable prices
- Reviewing customer’s feedback and making necessary changes.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
- Responsible for Follow-Up on Collection: responsible for overseeing and ensuring the collection process.
- Experience Required: Experience in the food service/out-of-home sector in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the dairy or beverage industry.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to convince potential customers.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
