Business Development Executive

Role Purpose

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.


Key Accountabilities:

1- Objective of this role

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to the targeted customers.

2- Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned area, channel and accounts.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating with customers to secure deals at attractive and profitable prices
  • Reviewing customer’s feedback and making necessary changes.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
  • Responsible for Follow-Up on Collection: responsible for overseeing and ensuring the collection process.
  • Experience Required: Experience in the food service/out-of-home sector in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the dairy or beverage industry.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to convince potential customers.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively.
