Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Recruitment process including preliminary interview & Tests administering.
- Effectively utilize recruitment channels like media, job portals & job fairs.
- Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies for recruitment services (local & overseas).
- Interface with related government bodies & Institutions.
- Prepare employment contracts, document them electronically & handle its renewal.
- Carry out On-boarding process with orientation & ensure ‘new arrival’ formalities completed.
- Provide new employees with information about policies & job duties.
- Meet the company standards on all job advertisements & comply with company policy & procedure.
- Complete the regular ‘Recruitment Status Update’ report. Analyze employment-related data.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned.
Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree with 2 – 3 years' relevant experience. Certification in HR management will be an advantage.
