Recruitment Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Recruitment process including preliminary interview & Tests administering.
  2. Effectively utilize recruitment channels like media, job portals & job fairs.
  3. Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies for recruitment services (local & overseas).
  4. Interface with related government bodies & Institutions.
  5. Prepare employment contracts, document them electronically & handle its renewal.
  6. Carry out On-boarding process with orientation & ensure ‘new arrival’ formalities completed.
  7. Provide new employees with information about policies & job duties.
  8. Meet the company standards on all job advertisements & comply with company policy & procedure.
  9. Complete the regular ‘Recruitment Status Update’ report. Analyze employment-related data.
  10. Undertake any other responsibilities assigned.


Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree with 2 – 3 years' relevant experience. Certification in HR management will be an advantage.
